This policy covers Coracle Online Ltd (”Coracle”) use of personal information that Coracle may collect when you use a website that is owned or managed by Coracle.

From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself in order to receive or use services provided by us.

You can visit our websites without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. When we ask you for personal information online it will only be in response to you actively applying for or using one of our products or services.

When using your personal information Coracle will act in accordance with current legislation. We collect certain information you provide to us, such as when you create an account or profile or send us an
email. We may collect certain personal information like your name, picture, email address, phone number, as well as information about your friends if you choose to connect your address book to Coracle, as well as your login credentials to your social network accounts such as Facebook and Twitter if you choose to connect those accounts with your Coracle account.

We automatically collect information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type and address of referring site and your activity on the Coracle site. This information is not treated as personal information unless we combine it with or link it to any of the personal identifiable information mentioned above.

When you supply any personal information to Coracle we have legal obligations towards you in the way we use that data. In general, any information you provide to Coracle will only be used by Coracle and by its agents. Your information will be disclosed where we are obliged or permitted by law. Also, if you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on a Coracle website or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on a Coracle website, Coracle can use whatever information that is available to

What information will we share with third parties?

We will not share the personal information we have collected from you, except: – with certain social networking services, if you allow such sharing through our services – with service providers who are working with us in connection with the operation of our site or services (these service providers have access to your personal information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose it or use it for any other purpose) – when we believe in good faith that we are lawfully authorised or required to do so or that doing so is reasonably necessary or appropriate to comply with the law or legal processes or respond to lawful requests or legal authorities, including responding to lawful subpoenas, warrants or court orders – in connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition, or in any other situation where personal information may be disclosed or transferred as one of our business assets where we manage any website on behalf of another entity named on such website (“the
Principal”) we may provide information collected from you to such principal.

We are not responsible for the actions of service providers or other third parties, nor are we responsible for any additional information you provide directly to any third parties.

Reasonable steps

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect and no method of data transmissions can be guaranteed against interception or other type of misuse.

Where we store your data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (”EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our Principal. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, or the provision of support services. Third parties

Where our website enables you to submit information to a third party website through our website or as a result of your entering into a transaction through our website, any information that you provide will be subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of that third party website we shall bear no liability for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you as a result.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data.
